Rubber Garage & Driveway Surfacing in Ontario

Upgrade your garage or driveway with poured-in-place EPDM rubber surfacing — a seamless, durable alternative to concrete, asphalt, and coatings.

At Unique Floors Ontario (UFO), we install rubber surfaces designed to handle vehicle traffic, weather exposure, and daily use while improving appearance and long-term performance.

A Durable Alternative to Cracked Concrete & Coatings

Garage floors and driveways are exposed to constant wear, vehicle traffic, and temperature changes — leading to cracking, surface breakdown, and costly repairs.

Our rubber surfacing system is designed to:

âœ” Flex with temperature changes to reduce cracking
âœ” Improve traction in wet or icy conditions
âœ” Resist wear from daily vehicle use
âœ” Provide a clean, seamless finish

Ideal for:

  • Residential driveways

  • Garage floors

  • Parking areas

  • High-use access points

Built for Ontario’s Climate & Conditions

Driveways and garages in Ontario must withstand:

  • Freeze-thaw cycles

  • Moisture and water exposure

  • Salt and seasonal wear

  • Heavy use over time

Our EPDM rubber system is designed to:

âœ” Expand and contract without cracking
âœ” Maintain surface integrity through seasonal changes
âœ” Provide long-term durability under regular use
âœ” Reduce surface deterioration compared to traditional materials

Unlike rigid surfaces, rubber remains flexible — helping extend the life of your driveway or garage surface.

Our Installation Process

Our rubber surfacing is mixed on-site, poured, and hand-troweled in place. The installation process is clean, efficient, and typically completed within a single day.

As a troweled-in-place system, the rubber surface bonds to your existing base, filling minor imperfections and surface damage. If your driveway or garage requires repairs or leveling, our team will complete the necessary preparation before installation.

Unlike coatings or rigid materials, rubber surfacing does not rely on expansion joints or saw cuts. The system remains flexible, allowing it to adapt to temperature changes and surface movement over time.

All existing cracks and joints are filled to create a smooth, continuous finish.

After installation:

  • Avoid vehicle traffic for 48–72 hours (depending on conditions)

  • Resume full use after approximately 7 days

Once complete, your surface will provide a durable, slip-resistant, and long-lasting finish designed for daily use.
